the ego mind,
randomness,
despair,
love is not primary,
fear,
pain,
withholding love
blaming
attacking
not even trying to forgive 
an inability to find peace.

you need to say it right now.
you need to tell them.
hell disguises as self care

i’m hell, this is hell
i’m in hell
whispers of that manic ego mind, and all that attacking, that separation has taken us here
that moment, that seeking out to destroy, that prideful neuroses
hell is not where we go when we die,
it is that very instant, that feeling, being there in that state of mind,
that is hell

hell is false awareness, 
the belief that i am separate from you,
our separation is antithetical to heaven,
where we talk in peace, nonviolence
work through solution, and feel the love in one another
hell is the destruction of that thing,
which prevents us from walking in the light

the ultimate manifestation of loveless thought
all that is suspicious, all that is vicious
the mantra of death.
If I perceive without love,
    I am vigilant in the recruitment of fear.
